Uri Sivan Head Screenwriter of the TV Hit in Israel B’Tippul

Uri Sivan, one of the series creators and head screenwriter discusses the creative process of this smash hit. It has been recently picked up by HBO in America and is now in production. The story line is about the relationship between a psychoanalyst and his patients.

Alma situated in the heart of Tel Aviv, was founded in 1996 by Dr. Ruth Calderon. Seeking to acquaint un-affiliated Israelis with the wealth of Jewish heritage, Alma offers an academic oriented study program and a variety of Jewish educational community projects. Alma is a spiritual, intellectual, and cultural center where Judaism and everyday life interact to form a seamless whole. An interdisciplinary approach blends the traditional Beit Midrash style of learning classic Jewish sources such as Talmud, with universal and Jewish literature, poetry, philosophy and the arts. The mix of disciplines and perspectives brings together new ideas, creative thinking and radical approaches to well-trodden texts.
