This week we feature the amazingly talented international artist Idan Raichel.
On “Mon Amour” The Idan Raichel Project are joined by their close friend and frequent collaborator Vieux Farka Touré from Mali. The video was directed by Gal Katzir and features photographs by Israeli photographer Ziv Koren.

The wildly popular American R&B artist Alicia Keys performed at Nokia Stadium in Tel Aviv on Thursday night in front of a raucous crowd of more than 8,000. Concertgoers were told in advance that a special guest would be joining Keys, and roared with approval when Israel’s own Idan Raichel joined her onstage for a fusion of her song ‘Fallin’ and his hit “Mi’ma’amakim.”
