That the solution to the gap between
Israel and the diaspora is to create
A Semi-Demi citizenship status for
Jews living outside of Israel.
Interesting idea? Perhaps !
Needs to be evaluated.
Is It semi Israeli citizenship that is being called
for?
Or is it membership in the Jewish people that is requested
To be a member of the Jewish people is very different from being a citizen of the state of Israel.
Every Jew is a member of this people .
Only an Israeli can be a citizen of Israel.
I think that the task at hand Is to encourage all Jews
