David Bedein – UNWRA Promotes Jihad. So why do Israeli bosses Protect UNWRA?
Exposure of Incitement and Indoctrination in UNRWA Schools: David Bedein reviews his long-standing research on the curricula of UNRWA and the Palestinian Authority.
Bedein emphasizes that this is not merely incitement to hatred, but direct education to murder and the glorification of terrorists (such as presenting Dalal Mughrabi, who murdered 36 Israelis in the Coastal Road massacre, as a national hero in textbooks published in 2024).
In UNRWA schools, songs are taught that call for the bombing of the Jerusalem Light Rail. International pledges made by Mahmoud Abbas and the UN to donor nations (Germany, the European Union, the Czech Republic, and others) to reform the textbooks turned out to be false.
Hamas Control of UNRWA and German Funding: Bedein reveals that as early as 2009, it was discovered that the UNRWA workers union was entirely dominated by Hamas (which led Canada to freeze its funding for five years).
After President Trump cut US funding to UNRWA, Germany stepped in to fill the void and became the primary donor, completely ignoring the incitement to jihad. Approximately 300 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operate in coordination with UNRWA without any oversight or transparency.
Israeli Economic Interests and Protection of UNRWA: Israeli government institutions and corporations grant de facto immunity to UNRWA from public scrutiny. Bedein notes that the concept of “humanitarian aid” serves Israeli commercial enterprises that sell food and goods to UNRWA with tax exemptions, making the system profitable for economic entities.
The State of Israel has prioritized “economic stability” and conflict management over addressing the root causes of terrorism. The Oslo Accords Hoax and the “Pay for Slay” Policy: Bedein discloses a historic finding from 1993: the PLO leadership never formally and legally ratified the Oslo Accords, and the Palestinian National Charter calling for the destruction of Israel was never revoked. Meanwhile, the PA’s “Pay for Slay” law rewards any harm inflicted on a Jew (including an incident where a Palestinian who killed an Israeli civilian in a traffic collision receives a lifetime monthly pension).
Bedein warns that this incentive framework to target Jews is now expanding to Jewish communities abroad, including London. Terrorist Release Deals and Media Manipulation: Bedein and Gil-White sharply criticize Israel’s policy of releasing murderers (such as freeing over 1,900 terrorists in recent deals, echoing the Gilad Shalit exchange that created the incentive for the October 7 attack).
Bedein asserts that the public is subjected to comprehensive media manipulation: Israeli media censors the names of released murderers and suppresses the outcry of bereaved families (such as his daughter’s close friend who was murdered, whose killer was freed and now walks free).
Mainstream television channels in Israel refused to air 26 documentary films produced by his research center exposing UNRWA’s summer camps and indoctrination.
