Meet Brett McGurk. He is the president’s man ordered to defeat ISIS. In other words, he is the ISIS Exterminator!

Speaking at the Herzlia Conference in Israel in May 2018, McGurk presented a couple of maps.
One showed the ISIS areas of influence in Iraq and Syria in January 2017, colored in orange.

At that time, McGurk was ordered by the incoming president to “step things up” in the fight against ISIS.

The second map shows the diminished areas of ISIS influence as of last month (April 2018).
Orange indicates ISIS occupied territory.

McGurk confided that a new campaign began a couple of weeks ago with air strikes against ISIS targets colored orange numbered 2 on the April map.
This is one of the remaining locations where ISIS leaders and hardcore fighters are holed up. 

The other remaining ISIS stronghold is in the orange area in south west Syria close to the borders of Jordan and Israel. (see the 3rd map called the Southern Syria Ceasefire lines) 

This will be the next area to receive the attention of Brett McGurk, the ISIS exterminator.
