Na’am supports talented high-school graduates from the Arab sector and helps them study for their Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and the Sciences in one of Israel’s most prestigious universities — the Technion. The students enjoy benefits, financial support and personal mentoring during their studies. The program exposes the participants to Israeli industry in order to promote social mobility and to narrow social and academic gaps.
