The problem is that Israel is a living daily reminder that what passes for Islam in the region can offer its people nothing but poverty, superstition, ignorance, violence, and squalor. The same for Lebanese Christians, who are also a living daily reminder that what passes for Islam in the region is a primitive, superstitious, and violent dirt “religion” for ignorant Stone Age savages.
