Sabine Sterk: J’Accuse – I Accuse Humanity
The world is falling. The world is sick beyond repair. And there is no hope for a cure. You can pray all you want, you can hold political debates until your throat dries out, but the rot has already spread too deep. Civilization is crumbling not because of one dictator, not because of one war, but because of the collective moral collapse of humanity itself.
I do not stand with the naïve optimists who still mutter that “humans are basically good.” That is a lie. Humans are not basically good. Humans are selfish, violent, envious, and cruel to the core. Only upbringing, only relentless education in truth, morality, and decency can shift the balance toward something better. But look at what children grow up with today: television poisoned with propaganda, social media run by empty-headed influencers for whom likes and views matter more than truth, dignity, or even life itself.
In America, Charlie Kirk was murdered, not because of extremism, not because of violence, but because he dared to speak openly and invite discussion. I did not agree with him on every issue, not even close. But he believed in the idea of conversation. For that, he was executed. And now the vultures celebrate his death online, the very monsters raised by the digital culture of cruelty. This is what social media has become: a training ground for degeneracy.
And in my own country, the Netherlands, children as young as four are being indoctrinated by the national broadcaster NOS. Brainwashing, presented as “educational.” The NOS, an institution that refused even to watch the raw footage of the October 7th massacre, preferring sanitized narratives instead of confronting the truth of raped women, butchered babies, and burned families. The same NOS now delivers endless propaganda to our children, teaching them to hate Israel, teaching them that Jews are the villains of history all over again.
If you lose your children, you lose your future.
The Song Contest Farce
And while our children are being brainwashed, our cultural institutions proudly advertise their moral bankruptcy. The organizers of the Eurovision Song Contest in the Netherlands, AvroTros, have announced they will not participate as long as Israel is allowed to compete. Their reasoning? “The suffering in Gaza.”
How noble. How righteous. How utterly idiotic.
These “progressive” fools claim that Israel is guilty of using Eurovision for political goodwill. As if their own withdrawal is not the most nakedly political act of all. They cry about keeping politics out of music, while they boycott the only democracy in the Middle East, one that faces daily terror from Hamas and Hezbollah. Do they boycott Russia, which invaded Ukraine? Do they boycott Turkey, which crushes the Kurds? Do they boycott Iran, which hangs women from cranes and stones homosexuals? No. Only Israel, the Jewish state, is singled out.
Call it what it is: modern antisemitism dressed up as humanitarian concern.
The Indoctrination of Children
A seven-year-old girl came home one day visibly shaken. Her class had been shown the youth news program about Gaza. Immediately, half of her classmates, the Muslim children, declared that they hated Israel. Imagine being the only pro-Israel child in a classroom where the mob is encouraged to believe that your people are monsters. This girl was intimidated. She was terrified. This is not education. This is psychological warfare against children.
And it is not just anecdotal. A recent in-depth analysis exposed the systemic bias in SchoolTV and other “educational” materials about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The report, 317 pages long, was initiated by José Hak, a mother deeply concerned by what her children were being taught. Alongside historians, journalists, and Arabists, she combed through hundreds of educational videos. The findings are chilling.
Some videos were balanced, but many were outright demonizing. One video claimed Israel committed “genocidal crimes against women” through genital mutilation, a grotesque lie based on one unsubstantiated report. The children of the Netherlands are being spoon-fed Nazi-level propaganda while parents remain asleep.
The same SchoolTV described Hamas as merely “the political party in Gaza” with “fighters.” No mention of Hamas’s status as a terrorist organization, outlawed by the U.S. and the EU, with a charter that openly calls for the extermination of Jews and the destruction of Israel. No mention of Hamas’s war crimes, burning families alive, beheading soldiers, and raping women on October 7th, 2023. No, Hamas is described as a government, while Israel is painted as the villain.
When they described the 2006 Gaza elections, SchoolTV called them “fair and democratic,” conveniently ignoring that Hamas soon slaughtered its Fatah rivals in the streets, executions, torture, and dragging mutilated bodies behind motorcycles. Not a word about that.
The materials even equated Israel with Iran, as if a democratic state defending itself can be compared to a theocratic dictatorship whose leadership openly declares: “Israel must be destroyed.” Israel has never made it a policy goal to wipe out another country. But facts don’t matter when the aim is indoctrination.
Twisting History
When teaching about 1948, SchoolTV told children that Arab countries invaded Israel because they wanted to secure land for Palestinians. This is a lie. The Arab states rejected the UN Partition Plan in its entirety. They did not fight to protect Palestinians; they fought to wipe out the Jewish state and claim the land for themselves. These are the facts historians agree on. Yet children are instead given revisionist fairy tales.
And what does NOS say when confronted with this evidence? They deny it. They insist their reporting provides “the right context.” They dismiss the findings, claiming they are generous in correcting errors. Generous? Tell that to the Jewish child isolated in her classroom, branded as a villain because of your “errors.”
J’Accuse
So yes, I accuse. I accuse the media of indoctrination. I accuse the cultural institutions of cowardice and hypocrisy. I accuse European governments of tolerating antisemitism so long as it is dressed up as criticism of Israel. I accuse humanity of being eager to hate Jews again, just as it has done for centuries.
The world is lost. Europe is lost. But Israel, the Jewish people, will survive. We always have. When Rome fell, when the Inquisition raged, when the Nazis industrialized genocide, the Jewish people endured. And we will endure again, even if the rest of humanity drowns in its own lies and hatred.
At the end, when all others collapse under the weight of their own corruption, the Jewish people will still stand. That is our history. That is our destiny.
