The Interior Minister Eli Yishai, Ultra Orthodox member of the Shas party in the Israeli Parliament, is in favor of deporting these 1200 children born in Israel by foreign workers. These children know only Israel as their country and speak Hebrew.
They may not be Jewish but they are full members of our country and we must not allow the government’s interior ministry under Yishai to be so callous and harden of heart. These are the multitudes in our midst and we must allow them to have a place with in our community. It is the Jewish and Israeli thing to do.
