By Harley Zipori. It’s been more than a month since my last blog. Blame it on the heat. Who wants to go traipsing around the countryside in July.
The only thing of note is that I did brew and bottle a new batch of beer since my last blog but I have not yet tasted it. I plan on letting these bottles sit for a few weeks and mellow out a bit. I’ll report on this particular beer and how it turned out in August.
Meanwhile I do have some plans for the next couple weeks. Big plans. Plans I want to surprise my readers with. And yes, these plans do include breweries. And quality beer. So keep checking out this blog and if you want to be notified of updates, send me a mail at [email protected].
