On this beautiful Friday night at the Tel Aviv Port Bet Tefilah Israel celebrated Kabbalah Shabbat ( welcoming of the Shabbat) under the stars. (Rosh Ha-ir) The mayor of Tel Aviv Ron Huldai came to celebrate and to be honored for his courageous support and efforts in allowing Bet Tefilah to use city facilities. The Mayor also received flowers from the congregation as he turned 70 years old on Friday. We were also honored with special guest, Israeli composer, singer, songwriter, arranger, and choir conductor Shlomo Gronich. We must also mention the incredible musicians and singer that are regulars at Bet Tefilah. None of this would have been possible without the support of Rav. Esteban and Rani Jaeger.
