The World Bank estimates that 59% of women participate in the workforce …and hold more than 30% of managerial positions in Israel’s top 100 companies.
Women also comprise 29.2% of the Knesset, Israel’s parliament. There are even three Arab-women members.
This might be because 57% of all university students are women. Israel empowers women.
