As Yom Kippur approaches in Tel Aviv I pray that we personally find forgiveness and peace within each of us. I pray that, we who are blessed to be living in Israel, remember our communal obligations regardless of our religious orientation. We are all in this together. Our differences only make us stronger. May Our pleas to the ONE/HaShem/the Name/ be heard. That peace be upon us in Israel and through out the world. We understand what it is to struggle and to witness miracles. We are living in one everyday and every moment of our lives. Breathe in the blessings of life and exhale our eternal gratefulness that we are here this moment to proclaim the glory of LIFE itself. My friend Alan Barland just recently passed away. Someone just reminded me of the interview I did with him in Jan. 2009 on the Gaza war. Having known him for more than 30 years I present this re-broadcast in his name. His insights are still timely.
